Cat Grooming House Call

I am Jana Spoor,

and I’m a purveyor of mobile cat grooming services. I am a member in good standing with the National Cat Groomers Institute and am currently undergoing their extensive certification process.

A little about me... I made a career change from 20 years of working a professional county job to cat grooming. I knew I wanted to continue serving the public with excellent customer service and combine that with animal care. I got into grooming because my own cats needed grooming care due to their hairballs, mats and aging, which make those hard-to-reach areas difficult for them, and I enjoyed introducing cats to the grooming process. I am a life-long pet owner of rescued dogs and cats (including feral cats and severely abused dogs).

Providing care and respecting pets’ uniqueness is an important part of who I am. I enjoy human-animal bonding relationships so much that I have participated and trained my own dogs in agility and pet therapy. I am in the process of acquiring another cat for my trail and hiking journey.

The best part for me as a cat groomer is hearing your stories and journey with your cat because it is totally relatable and I love sharing that passion with you.
